Stock slide release locks slide back when I dont want it to - Kagwerks product looks good - easy to install - allows your support hand to get up high - get full contact with support hand thumb parallel to bottom of slide - never accidentally lock slide back like the stock slide release.

Kagworks works!

Only thing able to help with my grip and Glock slide issue. Slide locks back. Only issue is that it does require work so that it doesn’t scratch up you slide a bit. I don’t care much but someone else might.

Great idea, minor flaw

Received the extended slide release for my G19 Gen 5. Easy drop in for a first time. After watching further reviews on YouTube, the only minor flaw is that it does scrape away at the paint of your slide. Of course its up to you if youre okay w scratches on your slide if you prefer purpose over minor paint damage. Other than that, great piece to get your hands on.

It works as it should. My problem was it was rubbing slide too much and causing release to be stiff. I ended up taking pliers and bending both sides out just a tad. Now it works great.

Defective

Does not work in my gun, I believe it to be defective.

Terrible product

This product is terrible. The fit and finish are awful. Do not purchase this unless you want to destroy your slides finish! I cannot believe Kagwerks would produce total garbage. Dont waste your money.
