Great little upgrae!
This installs easily, and makes a big difference in mag releasing! It is out of the way enough that so far, in my holster it does not affect anything- no unintended mag drops, no snags, etc... This is a huge improvement over stock!

Glock parts
All of the parts purchased worked as expected, the customer is very happy with the results. I highly recommend the Truglo sights, I have been installing them for years and they work great. The trigger was new to me but its a Glock, easy to onstall and great results. As always great service from Brownell's!
Great Product
Great mag release for the money. Never had an accidental release and is much easier to reach then the factory part.
Must have
I have put this extension on all my Gen3 and older models. It makes the mag release much easier to manipulate. Took about two minutes to install.
Works
I put this in a Glock 19. It extends much further out and may interfere with some holsters. Sharp edges if you grip left handed, Inexpensive so I will round the edges and if I screw it up, its only a few bucks to try again and still costs less than some others.
It does extend.
I don't think your going to want to use this on a defense pistol, it extends a bit more than you think it would. This would be a fantastic upgrade if this is going to be used in a competition pistol.
Wrong one
Should be stated that this is not for Gen4 Glocks. It never stated either one so I bought it. Not a big deal since I own several older Glocks.
Only marginally extended in a G21
Although advertised as being ok for G21 they are only marginally longer the factory fitted mag release. Ok for the G17
