The Edgar Sherman Design Sling, ESD Sling, was designed with purpose, research extreme testing, and experience. The ESD Sling is adaptable to the end-user. The ESD Sling is highly customizable to any rifle, sub-gun, shotgun, hunting rifle, bolt action, and PDW weapon system. There are two adjustment sections on the ESD sling. A rear adjustment section to fit the ESD sling to your body size and additional gear. And a quick-adjust section to loosen or tighten the sling while in use. The ESD Sling adjustment system is more adaptable to natural body movement and body mechanics. The 1-inch width of the ESD sling has less friction than wider slings and allows the ESD sling to move across your body without resistance.

The ESD sling has a new updated elastic regulator preventing webbing from twisting or jamming when adjusting. This elastic has a natural pull tab that allows the sling to be folded upon itself and stored tightly on the weapon system. This feature is great for patrol vehicle storage or bag/pack/case storage. Simply pull on the ESD Sling to deploy the sling to its full length.

After watching his YouTube video, I was a little apprehensive to buy the sling because it almost felt like a infomercial. Eventually curiosity got the best of me and I ordered one. I quickly realized that unlike most infomercial products, this actually delivers on all fronts. First and foremost, I'm a big guy (6'3", 270) and I was happily surprised by the fact that there was plenty of room to dial in the fit with room to spare. Second, there is just the right amount of 'fuss'. It has the right amount of flexibility and customization that anyone would want without being overly complicated. Finally, the fact that it is US made/Berry compliant and is priced where it is makes it a no-brainer... you can get one of the best (if not the best) slings on the market for around $50... and it's made here? Sold... ESD has set a new benchmark, I can't wait to see what other innovative products they come up with.

Great Sling

I ended up liking the one I purchased for my AR so much, that I got one for my AK too! Yeah, it doesn't come with hardware, but that's fine with me. The AR and AK have different mounting options, so I was able to buy the specific sling hardware I needed to mount. One thing I really love about this sling is how you can fold it in on itself when in storage to minimize snags, but a simple tug and it's ready to rock. It adjusts easily and doesn't slip.

Edgar Sherman Design Weapon Sling

I installed the ESD weapon sling on my tactical shotgun, which had existing sling swivels. I had an existing sling, which was about 15 years old, that I threw away. The ESD sling is an excellent upgrade! It fits right and adjusts with ease. Remember, slings are to long-guns what holsters are to handguns. Don't be with one!

Very nice sling, well made in the USA.

A high quality American made product. The quick adjust pull tab makes sizing on the fly a cinch. I put this on my 870 tactical shotgun and I am very happy with the fit and function. This is a great sling for a rifle or shotgun.
