Great product
Works great with S&W Airweight .38 special. Light, and easy to use. Can't beat the price! I'll be ordering several more of these.
Very Compact
For a compact speedloader to be used for concealed carry, I don't think this can be beat. A LITTLE tricky to load but not enough to warrant a detraction in stars. I carry these in my pocket sometimes and have neveer had them prematurely release; similarly, I've never had them fail to release when I want them to. Easily my choice for a concealed carry speedloader.
Works great on my S&W 642LS and 642 Pro
I have several of these for my S&W 642 Pro and my wife's 642LS. They are very compact compared to the other speed loaders. Easy to conceal and hold the rounds with no problem. This is the best one out there and I have used several of the others. It releases the rounds cleanly with only a push. No twisting knobs just push and close the cylinder. I have my wife's beautiful S&W rosewood lamenent grips of her 642LS on my 642 Pro and my wife's 642LS has Crimson Trace Laser Grips. We have no problem with these loaders clearing them. I carried my wife's 642LS with an uncle Mike's pocket holster in my front left pocket as a back-up during my Deputy days. I now carry my 642 Pro in the same pocket but using a Desantes Superfly pocket holster daily for many years. I keep a couple of these in the nightstand drawer, each car and one in my pocket. Bottom line: Fast to deploy, holds the rounds securely and are very compact.
Works great on my S&W 642LS and 642 Pro
These are great! No knob to twist. Just stick em in and push. Rounds drop free in a jiff. These are very compact and much faster to deploy that the HKS type. That is a big deal for CCW use. I've carried my wife's 642LS for over a decade. Bought it when they first came out rated for +P. Now I carry my 642 Pro in my front left pocket with my wife's 642LS Rosewood Lamenent grips (her's has a pair of CT compacts). My 642 Pro also has XS big dot tritium front site and a just received laserlite pulsating frame mounted laser in a Desantes Superfly pocket holster. Great combo. Just slip it in the pocket and go. The Comp 1 speedloader goes in the same pocket behind the holster. Very comfortable and easy to deploy. I carry both for personal protection and on the job. I've got lots of hand cannons but they are too much of a pain to carry on a daily bases. This combo is always with me and ready to go.
Just Bought One
I bought one for my 44 Mag 4" Smith and Wesson. It may be a good idea to have a handy reload ready. Also, I bought a JBP genuine leather speedloader case in tan to match by Bianchi Cyclone holster. All exceeded my expectations.[@]
