Does not fit in S&W442

The loader does not clear the stock rubber grip on J-frame S&W442. Does not work unfortunately...

Terrrible product!!!

I bought 2 of the Comp 1 speed loaders for my Ruger Redhawk .44 ; and these were absolutely terrible. They cannot grab the cartridge securely, except on maybe one or two chambers. The plastic immediately rounds over while trying to grab a cartridge. The locking mechanism fails to lock almost every time. After trying to use this product, these just made a swift march right into the garbage. This was by the far the most useless product Safariland has created!

Don't buy for J Frame

Bought 4 of these for personel use for a S&W M36 Chief's Special. Had Pachmyr Grippers on and the loader won't work with them. Switched to the STOCK J Frame grips and the loader still does not work with this grip. This should have been designed to work with at least the stock grips. Very disappointed.

Does not fit the S&W Model 60 J-frame

This loader does not fit on the S&W Model 60 J-frame, despite being advertised as for this specific weapon. The loader hits the grip of the revolver and thus will not align with the chambers. Of course nowhere in the product description is this mentioned. There is, however, a ridiculously tiny note in the instruction manual that says you "may need to replace the original grips with custom grips". Completely disappointed.
