High expectations
I haven't taken it out of the box other than to make sure that there wasn't any shipping damage (there wasn't) and to make sure everything was in the box (it was).
I'm still in the process of organizing my combination music, leather crafting and reloading room so, haven't had the opportunity to use it yet.
As for the Brownells part of things, I am extremely happy with their customer service, the speed of shipping . Excellent customer service.

Good powder dispenser
3 years of use and it continues to work very well. I will say that the straw "upgrade" is definitely worth the time and effort, just search online shooting forums for this. It increased the accuracy of dropping H4350 (extruded/stick) powder and virtually eliminated overcharges, though a little on the slow side. Dropping Superformance (ball) powder is very fast and accurate.
I do not care much for the rotating valve for emptying the machine, although it works well enough. The brush included could be longer. My personal preference would have wanted the power port on the back of the unit instead of the side near the display.

Nice Improvements
Like the modifications in the Chargemaster Link. This includes the placement of the weights, discharge tube cover, & blue tooth link.

Chargemaster Link and Brownell's Custmer Service Request
Great Product. However, I emailed Brownell's Customer Service and requested that they email me a receipt for the RCBS Charge Master Lite that shows Brownell's on it and haven't received a response and cannot submit for RCBS rebate.

Precision
Haven’t had a chance to use it yet but looking forward to it
Accurate
I use this to reload rifle and mostly pistol. I have found it to be extremely accurate although a bit slow. I leave it plugged in all the time and turn it on for 10-15 minutes before use. It is far superior to the RCBS ChargeMaster it replaced and less expensive. I went through a ChargeMaster every 2 years. They just lost their accuracy over time. Fortunately I bought them at Brownells with the forever warranty. This one is going on 3 years old and is still working well.
A massive quality of life upgrade
It's far faster than measuring charges by hand, it's extremely accurate, and it's more consistent than I was when I measured by hand I have no doubts at all. Typing in the charge weight takes a fraction of the time to set up a balance scale, and I can seat a bullet in the casing I just charged while the dispenser is throwing the next charge. All in all it's cut down the time it takes me to charge and seat a batch of cartridges by well over half, and the end result is more consistent. Not cheap but well worth the expense if you load in any kind of volume.
Accurate, but a bit slow.
It works great. Easy to use. Much lighter than I expected--almost too light. Build quality seems okay, but not stellar, especially for the price. It is a bit slow--it takes about 20 secs per load, so it isn't very fast--I end up waiting for it to complete. As a result, I'm going to change my workflow so that I don't have to wait 20 secs for each load--I will probably seat the bullet as it dispenses the next load. (Typically I charge all of the cases and then seat the bullets in one pass.) It virtually always dispenses the entered weight right on--and that is obviously what you want.
A Few Nits to Pick
Good overall. Slow, but accurate. Had a few underthrows (maybe one in 30 charges) but not a big deal since it tells you when it happens. The sound feature does not work, which is annoying.
