If you have a tuned revolver, these are the only primers that will work reliably. Federal primers are well-known to be the most sensitive in the industry. They are also a little hotter, giving slightly higher velocities in all cartridges, and cleaner burn of medium to slow powders.

I try to use Federal primers exclusively; however, they cost much more than other primers and are more difficult to get. I only wish primer prices would reduce to pre-Biden prices, but I doubt that will happen.
