Bad color

I bead blasted all parts and soaked them in acetone before painting, applied as directed and allowed parts to cure 5 days. The color turned out to be lighter than desert sand. While in the bottle the paint looked the correct color, but after application it was way too light. Maybe oven cure has better results.
