LR Cutter
Needed a new one after 40 years….should have bought a replacement sooner. So much easier to uniform primer pockets!
large rifle primer pocket uniformer
solid carbide designed for the sinclair handle, works great chucked in a lathe at 300-500 rpm.
still work to cut a pocket to the uniform depth..but it my second one, one for cleaning at the bench, one for uniform work at the lathe.
Would you recommend this?
Yes, I would recommend to a friend
great pocket uniformer.
My old uniformer was not making the primer pockets deep enough. It may have been worn out. The new one works perfectly.
Pocket uniformer
Very consistent
great tool
I tried a few other tools to clean up primer pockets but nothing comes close to this one. Super sharp and clean cutting.
6mmbra, 30br, 6ppc
6mm & 30br, lapua Will not fit on case prep without adapter. Will not fit on small screwdriver chuck. Fits my B&D drill with just enough sticking out to use. Didn't go to the bottom middle of some older cases but did form bottom edges where primer sits. Did well on new Lapua. I would have gotten the prep center adapter had i known it would be worth it. But now shipping makes it a hard sell.
Good product.
This is a quality tool, accurately made and easy to use. It does a great job. I recommend it.
Excellent quality
I had been using the Redding uniformers and always had trouble cutting the primer pockets. they were dull from the start. I decided to try the Sinclair uniformers and I am glad I did. This cutter is nice and sharp and cuts the pockets easily. Glad i bought them.
