BLUE DOT multi weapon goodness!
What can I say that hasnt already been said? Blue Dot powder by Alliant is my go to 12 gauge Slug, buck, heavy field powder, along with Longshot, & pro-reach. But I love my blue dot, it pushes my Slugs to awesome levels, I just wish it was in stock more often, thanks to Brownells I just scored a nice restock! So along with being a great magnum 12 gauge powder, its a excellent magnum pistol powder for anything from 9mm, up to 44 mag and 45 colt. Produces great results in all of em, although if you really want MAGNUM 44 mag and 45 colt loads youll need to move to a little slower powder like Alliant 2400, H110, N110, etc. but Blue Dot WILL produce VERY RESPECTABLE RESULTS in those calibers!! Love it, and extremely surprised its not sold out yet at time of writing this review! Glad too because Im restocked now!!

perfect 10mm pistol powder
perfect for 10MM.it dosen't get any better for loading 10MM pistol. especially 180gr bullets,my 5 star rating is only for 10mm loading,i have not used in any other calibers.
Blue Dot Review
I found Blue Dot to be an excellent powder for 45 ACP, 45 super, and 10 mm. It meters well and I get good velocities, especially using heavier bullets. My best load is using Blue Dot behind a 255 grain 45 super. At first I was getting a lot of unburnt powder after a discharge, then I started using mag primers, that seemed to help. Blue Dot burns clean and it's a good deal for the price.
