Our Sinclair bi-pod adapters allow you to mount your Sinclair or Harris bi-pod to your Freeland or Anschutz style accessory rails or Picatinny rail equipped forend. All aluminum and steel construction insures a lifetime of use. Both accessory rail models will fit Freeland and Anschutz style accessory rails. The Deluxe Model is specially designed to nest in the cradle of the Sinclair Bi-Pod and locks securely in position using two small cap screws, while the Standard Model slips in the accessory rail and is held in position by the tension created by tightening the bi-pod to the stock forend.Picatinny rail bi-pod adapter clamps securely in place using a steel socket screw and lets you install your bi-pod exactly where you want it on Picatinny rail equipped tactical rifles such as the AR-15.

Best adapter for accessory rails

I disagree with the other reviewer. This rail is the best arrangement for some one with an accessory rail embedded in the fore end of their rifle. It will both widths of rails. Someone had some really savvy to come up with something that did that. I have installed many of these in customers rifles and never had one not fit or strip out. This is the sturdiest you will find in an adapter that must be mounted to a bipod stud.

I would buy this product again.

It keeps the bipod very secure to the stock. Other adapters would not keep it as tight would shake.

Good Bipod adapter

These bipod adapters fit the rails on my Savage 12 FTR rifles and stay where you want them to stay. They work with F-Class type bipods and tactical bipods.

Misrepresentation of the product

When I saw the picture of the Sinclair International bipod adapter on your website I believed it was just what I needed to attach my Sinclair bipod to the rail on my Anschutz benchrest rifle. Imagine my surprise when I received the adapter from Brownells and it did not include the sling swivel stud, although the stud is prominently portrayed in the product picture. If I had known the stud was not included I probably would not have ordered this. Your site misrepresents this product.

Item fit well and looked great but....

I purchased this adapter recently and it fit great on my European style rifle but unfortunately its strength and durability is a major let down. I carry my rifle in a fitted Pelican 1750 case during transport and use as much care as possible when attaching the Sinclair tactical bi-pod and even with that being said, the stud stripped out of the nice aluminum base the 4th time I used it on the range. I will be contacting Sinclair tomorrow to hopefully remedy this issue and will report back shortly.
