Great grip if your looking for less angle
Most of our bolt action stocks have a near vertical grip. If this is what you are use to then this grip is the answer to the "awkward" feeling that AR15(s) have with a stock grip angle. It is kind of a narrow grip so it is great if you don't have huge hands. Brings the trigger a little closer if you like to shoot with more of a 90 in your trigger finger (think more PRS style) Helps me with accuracy especially with the flat triggers that I like. Just remember it doesn't come with a bolt/washer so if you are doing a new build order those at the same time. The fit is very tight on the lower too. I've never had to trim any to fit but they've all been very snug and that can be frustrating with the safety spring that fits into the hole in the grip. As other's have stated, no storage.

Awesome grip angle
I love the grip angle and texture, though I prefer the b5 grip 23 for a couple of reasons. The lip on the front of the bg-18 grip that goes below the trigger guard on mil spec receiver prevented me from installing this on my ar9 build since the trigger guard drops down. If you have a flat trigger guard, it will not be a problem. Also, the grip 23 is girthier and fills my hand. I have large hands and the grip 23 just fits better, however I prefer the texture on the bg-18. Quality product that feels really good. Would be 5 stars if it fit everything.
Tango Down BG 18
This is the second most comfortable grip I have used to date, the reduced angle helps relieve fatigue in my hand due to angle of the A2 grip. If you are willing to give up having storage as compared to the BG 16 grip and prefer a reduced grip you won't be disappointed. The palm has a little bit of swell, but has a good front to back at the bottom to fill out the hand. Just a heads up it can be a bit snug during installation and may require some extra umph to get it on.
comfortable but disapointing
I have used the tangodown bg-16 on my target rifle for years, was excited to use this on my AR pistol. Didn't realize this grip doesnt have the storage compartment whish isnt a big deal but the biggest bummer is there was no grip screw included so now I need to make a seperate purchase. Comfortable grip for big handsbut there are better values out there.
May Require Fitting
The grip angle feels good and the quality is there. Im giving it 3 stars because the lip on the front of the grip is too big to work with Magpul, BCM, or KAC extended trigger guards. As a comparison, the lip on the BCM grips is compatible with these trigger guards. With this grip, I had to file away material in order to install it. I think TangoDown needs to update the mold for this grip by 1-2mm to work with both milspec and aftermarket extended trigger guards.
Waste of time and money
Does not fit with aftermarket trigger guards ie Magpul polymer, Magpul aluminum, BCM polymer, etc. Had to file down the front lip to get it to fit. Does not come with a screw or washer for installation. Dissapointed. I will be purchasing the BCM mod 3 again.
