Nice product, fits well, side note; shipping was 6 days to delivery, kinda disappointed compared to 2 competitors that were delivered in 2-3 days from same region and order dates.

Good product, but it won’t fit the panzer arms M4 benelli M4 clone without serious modifications done. That’s the gun manufacturers fault so 5 stars because it looks like the benelli owners here say it’s good to go. 7 rounds 2-3/4” 6 rounds 3”
Excellent Extension for Benelli M4
I did a lot of product review before choosing this extension. Other companies sell magazine extensions or replacement magazine tubes (which require a bit more receiver work that I didnt feel comfortable attempting). This extension was completely compatible with my factory Benelli M4. It replaces the black fake magazine extension that comes on the shotgun and its threads worked flawlessly. I am now able to fit 7 rounds (2-3/4) in the magazine tube with the Carlsons extension, plus 1 in the chamber. Overall, I am really happy with it. It Shipped quickly from Brownells and could be installed in under 10 minutes. It feels solid and its color compliments the Benelli steel (see attached photos).

Used it to extend capacity for IPSC
bought this and used it for Benelli M4. I shoot IPSC shotgun, and this gives me +2 on my standard 7rds tube. easy enough to install, but lacking the teeth on the cap end to prevent unscrewing, but a slight twist after every stage did the trick. Worked great anyway. No follower included- at least not for the M4 kit, had to buy another.
Carlson's benelli m4 mag extension
Only holds 6 rounds of 2 3/4 shells, but 7 rounds of 1 1/8 shells.
Doesnt fit as expected
Good for the price. But, is too thick for barrel ring. I had to install barrel then the extension. To remove barrel I have to remove extension first. Good thing benelli m4 is self cleaning.
It’s a plus 1 tube
It’s ok not great, adding this makes barrel removal a nightmare. The extension doesn’t fit through magazine retainer on the barrel, requiring you to disassemble the magazine tube every time you field strip for cleaning, not the end of the world but not great. Better off just getting the Benelli full length tube.
