What makes our Sig P365XL barrel match-grade is the way it's machined from hardened 416R stainless steel to precise dimensions for a tight lockup and long service life. Installation should be a straight drop-in deal on most guns. The extra-hard Black Nitride finish resists surface wear and stops in its tracks whatever corrosion might try to challenge the stainless steel. Ahead of the 9mm Luger (9x19mm) chamber is a button-rifled bore with standard, 1-10"" right-hand, 6-groove rifling.

Great barrel, great price. Fits XMacro

This is a quality threaded barrel at a great price. I bought it for a Sig XMacro NON COMPENSATED slide and it worked fine. I did try putting it into a compensated XMacro slide, just because there are questions on the web about it, and it does not fit. The barrel has a loaded chamber port and the threads worked for all of the different 1/2x28 suppressors I tried.

Accurate 365XL Barrel

This barrel was easy to drop-in and was very accurate at the range. The suppressor mounted easily as did the Thread Protector. I would buy this again.

Great barrel for the price

Received the barrel and the nitriding is great. The fitment in the Brownells P365 slide was perfect with no front to back looseness. There is some side to side play but the same amount as a True Pricision barrel. I was able to run 100 rounds through the barrel and it produced groups better than the True Precision barrel it replaced. No issues with its operation. Very good improvement over the factory barrel and other match grade barrels.
