Excellent fit and stability. May need to “adjust” magwell, if present.

Perfect
If you're happy with Lancer Mags - quality, toughness, polymer - you'll be happy with this. I bought one coupler to test and see if I like it. Very happy. Ordering another. This will still fit into a single AR mag pouch (Bladetech) and hold 2 mags - so instead of additional pouches, can hold 2 mags per pouch (see photos). They are still easy to load ammo being attached. They seem durable - I dropped today at least 10 times from shoulder height (I'm 6'1") to snow covered, frozen ground, no issues. Will be buying another one.
sturdy
works perfect, could probably just use one of the pair, but just in case added as instructed
Coupler
Fits GI Mag very well, only minor drawbacks are one comes unassembled and they are independent which provides slightly less stability when forcefully seating the magazine in the mag well. Once you have the couplers placed on the magazines to ensure sufficient clearances, cinch the screws tightly. Load the mags and practice slamming them home a few times to ensure the mags don’t slip out of position in the couples, which could cause an issue with the extra mag touching the base of your optics or blocking the ejection port/cover and preventing proper seating of the mag. The screws and nuts are steel, so they will take the necessary torque to secure. If I could offer a suggestion to the manufacturer, it would be to change the coupler from parallel to 5-10 degree spread between the tops of the two mags to provide sufficient clearance on all makes/models of AR & SCAR platforms. Of course such a change would mean the couplers would no longer be interchangeable.

works for what its supposed to do
If you want to carry an extra mag easily for three gun this is a good way to go. They are designed for Lancers so I can see how they wouldn't work so great with pmags or other mags (go fig as mentioned they weren't designed that way). Carrying and extra 30rd mag makes the weapon heavier and a 3 mag pouch becomes a 2 mag pouch...so personally I'd pick up a set to play with but for most situations I'd take a third mag in the pouch than two hooked together.
Does as advertized.
Works well w/ Lancer mags. just as pictured. Now I can 'cart-wheel up to 60 of them burrowing rodents without snagging a magazine from out of my pocket. Getting the 1st clamp lined up & screw started definitely harder of the pair. Haven't tried w/any other brand/model, though fitment may be issue.
Not the most durable design
I used this to attach two 30rd P-Mags for my AR. I dropped two loaded mags with the clamps, on the concrete from about waist height and one of the two clamps broke to the point that it would no longer hold the magazine. I will spend a little extra money on something a little more well constructed next time.
