A great alternative!
The Seekins mag button is a great option to replace stock buttons with the hole showing. Textured surface matches the Seekins bolt release lever for a uniform look.
Pretty much perfect for me.
I've never been a fan of swapping out parts that work fine. This was an inexpensive and easy upgrade that works great. I like the feel of it more than a mil spec button. I feel like it centers my finger over the button and is more tactile (no, I didn't mean tactical). Try it, you probably won't be disappointed.

Extends release button just enough
The standard button is actually slightly recessed and can be difficult to smoothly release a magazine while wearing gloves. This button adds just enough extra mass to allow easy release of magazines while wearing gloves. Was actually very easy to install and doesn't look out of place.
looks great functions the same
this mag release functions and installs just like a normal one but it looks phenomenal. its just a small touch but it adds character to the rifle and its different than the norm, and for the price why not? i will never buy a standard mag release again!
Excellent little item
Installed the release on my DPMS LR308 as the factory latch was difficult to reach, extended it just enough for effort free magazine release. Installed several more on some of my other AR's with the same result, just ordered more.

If you are looking at this mag release button then you must be intrigued by its looks so just buy it! Looks good. Performs as it should. Quality construction.
