Not for DPMS or Rock River Free Float Tu
Will not work on DPMS or Rock River - NRA / CMP style free float tube. Wrench ID is 1.075" while barrel nut for free float tube is 1.245".
Beware of pin positions
This is a heavy, solid barrel nut wrench... that did not work for my application. The nut for the Vector Optics float tube I bought had holes at 90 degrees; unlike many other wrenches, the pins in this wrench are at 72 degrees. A good armorers wrench would be a better, more versatile purchase.
Will not work on all barrels
Wrech does not have an open end. If you are planing on using it on a barrel with a gas block or sight post already in place this wrench will not work unless you remove all the hardware on the barrel. Great for a barrel with no hardware, but if you have a gas block or sight post already assembled on the barrel, plan on more work or a different wrench.
