Seems to be a great product!
Sensational
Superb performance and great fitment to other part suppliers.
Worked Great
I've used dozens of these over the last 10 or 15 years I think they're a great product never really had any issues with fitment especially if you run AERO lowers they are a tight fit great quality. I would definitely recommend them, I don't always run aero BCG's I run tons of different brands and don't have any issues same thing with charging handles never had an issue using other brands since technically the upper receiver is mil-spec you shouldn't either.
Excellent quality
The fit with other Aero Precision lowers is perfect. Threaded area for barrel nut only required minor lapping and no shim. Anodizing is perfect and there were no marks on the finish anywhere. Accepted BCG like it should and after barrel mount, check with go/no go gauges showed perfect fit. All in all an outstanding value and product. This has been my experience with all Aero products.
Love it!
FDE Aero assembled upper, basically a Magpul Flat Dark Earth color. Comes assembled, no upper parts needed. Affordable quality products as always from Aero Precision.
Perfect FDE Assembled Upper
Excellent product for a very good price. A lot of manufacturers advertise the Magpul FDE, but this one is a perfect match.
Great bang for the buck!
This matched up perfectly with an aero lower I had on hand. I've never had any issues with Aero products.
100%
Finish and fit is 100% no issues.
Good value
The product itself is well machined. Ideal for builders who aren't satisfied with the bare minimum, but aren't able spend eye watering amounts of money. I do have one gripe though. I got an Aero AR15/M16 Gen 2 stripped lower thinking they would mate well. Boy was I wrong. That particular lower has a screw behind the pistol grip which can tighten it up a little bit. But its not a great fit. Both the Lower and the Upper are very good products on their own. Based on how they pair up you would never guess they were made by the same people. If that sort of thing doesn't bother you then you are g2g. Inspite of this I will consider Aero for my next build. But I would probably buy them as a set first and make sure they pair up better.
Good price, fit, and finish
Just completed a .223 Wylde build using this upper. Fit and finish are good. By the time you add the cost of a port door and forward assist, plus personal "labor" to a completely-stripped upper, this is a "cost-logical," good-quality component(s) of a build.
