Many AR-15 owners are moving to ambidextrous safety selectors today, and manufacturers have been eager to modify or expand their offerings beyond GI-style, single-side selectors. However, there are rifle owners out there who prefer the support-side selector, and Radian Weapons offers an enhanced model in the form of its Talon-GI safety selector. Each Radian Weapons Talon-GI features one long lever located on the support-side of the receiver to be easily actuated by a shooter's strong-hand thumb. The lever is installed on a precision-machined dovetail cut and is retained through the use of a spring-loaded stud. This provides a stronger attachment method than standard screws.

good safty
I've used the 45 degree selectos on all of my rifles and the one thing that stands out of this one is it "is not" ambidextrous, there is no protrusion to get in the road on the side opposite the safty. very well built and very smooth to operate.

Great 45⁰/90⁰ selector
Comes with detent and spring. My factory selector was mushy. I always wanted a 45⁰ safety. As Radian always does is not disappoint. I would recommend to anyone that would want a nice safety switch

Love the 45 Degree
Love the 45 degree position. Im right handed so dont need it to be ambi, prefer the non-ambi actually. Very smooth operation of the saftey. Purchased multiple of these now. Awesome safety selector.

Great design
The design of this safety is excellent. It is easy to install and adjust. I did run into some issues with my particular set up. I run a SIG M400 and Geissele SSA-E X trigger. Unfortunately, the safety needed to rotate a touch more to release the hammer than the detects would allow (at 90 degrees). Perhaps the tolerances were against me with my set up. Excellent craftsmanship otherwise. A little work and I was able to get the clearances I needed to release the hammer.
