The Geissele Super Duty Upper (Stripped) features the quality and worksmanship you've come to expect from the Geissele name.

At the heart of this stripped upper is a Super Duty upper receiver that mates to a MK16 Super Modular rail via a center aligning tab, removing any chance of rail rotation. This family of rails is renowned by operators for their performance and comfort.

Featuring an in-house Mag Phosphated, CHF, Chrome Lined barrel with a 1-7 twist rate. Geissele barrels are precision machined and cold hammer forged at their state of the art facility in North Wales, PA; utilizing the highest quality materials available.

This stripped upper is ready to be furnished with your favorite components to ensure an accurate and soft shooting experience.

I added a Wilson Bolt and Charging handle. it has nice QD holes Built in, I added a light laser from Olight. I Topped upper with Flip up Troy tritium sights and red dot.

Could not be happier with my purchase on a perfect product

I wanted to build a more "premium" rifle and I was stuck between Geissele and DD, With having extra parts that really fit a premium upper, I could not pass the deal on the Super Duty. Love this, and everyone that feels it falls in love like I did. Brownells is a great place with great products at a good price.

Perfection

~2" grouping at 100yds with 5.56 55gr FMJ and a 1x dot. 10.3" goodness, 100% awesome. Love it.

Upgrading an older SBR

Had this on Back Order for a while, It payed off, to backorder, and not wait to order when they restocked. Brownells charged me the older price it had been when ordered. So the price I payed now, was less then tcurrent price! I am still waiting for optics, so have not swapped it with the older 10.5 inch upper on my current SBR . But I have confidence that it will be a real improvement. The old barrel is shot out, and is grouping little battleships on paper. Instead of replacing the barrel, I decided to bring the gun, to a more up to date design!

Nice well built 14.5 inch.

I have a limited round count . 14.5 inch Great so far no issues, works as expected running it on my Palmetto State pistol lower . Fits great some lowers i tried have a little slop but all AR rifles have some . Top shelf upper . I ordered A SUPER DUTY RIFLE . Thats how much i like it . Built though and MIL SPEC plus . Gas block is pinned and has 2 set screws mid length gas system, barrel is medium contour .
