The Geissele Super 3 Gun (S3G) is a semi-automatic, hybrid cross between a single-stage trigger and a traditional 2-stage trigger. Its robust feel and light pull weight, combined with a lightning-quick reset, make this trigger ideal for any 3 Gun competitor.
The S3G trigger has a very short, light pull and reset. We do not recommend it for duty use, bench rest, accuracy work or shooting small groups. It is designed for close course competition use where rapid target engagement with quick follow up shots are required.
NOTE: Geissele triggers are designed for mil-spec AR15/M4 carbine rifles. Our AR15 triggers are not compatible with the Sig MPX/MCX weapons or Pistol Caliber Carbine AR15/M4 variants. Using them in these platforms will void the warranty.
I have 10 SSA-Es, a SCAR, and 2 Match Geissele triggers. This is my first S3G. Its really unique. It feels just like an SSA-E, except right when one expects to hit the second stage wall, the trigger falls. It reminds me a little of a Tapco AK trigger or old Winchester .22 auto trigger, only where those are long and mushy with unpredictable releases, the S3G is short with an unpredictable release. Its a fine all around trigger for people like me who like this kind of trigger feel. I probably wont use for a home protection because of Geisseles reccomendation, but theres no reason why it wouldnt be suitable for a combat rifle in well disciplined hands. Bottom Line: its a great trigger!

S3G trigger is absolutely perfect.
Gauge shows mine releasing at 3.25lb with short reset and smooth as glass pull.
