Giessele SMR
Fast shipping and delivery. Giessele quality is incredible as expected. I recommend purchasing the giessele barrel nut wrench for proper installation
MK16 lead the way!
I gone from BCM MCMR, Geissele MK14 to MK16 I was happy with mcmr until I gave the Mk14 a try awsome rail except you don’t have Mloks slot in places you don’t need as much but I did I went MK16 wow day a night difference from BCM MCR rugged clamping method is much better best rail I have used price is up there but well worth it.
So far so good
Very easy install. Desert color has more of a shine to it than I would prefer. Was expecting it to be flat. That aside, looks very good on my rifle. I like the girth. Some rails are to thin. This one seems just right for me.
Nice Handguard/Barrel!
I free floated this handguard to my Colt M4 Sporter with a Colt 14.5 SOCOM barrel that I pinned and welded a Lantac Dragon muzzle brake. Both handguard and barrel installed good and tight. Gun is lightweight and stays on target with ease while shooting tight M855 groups. Bought Handguard/Barrel from Brownells. Purchase was easy and professional. They had what I was looking for and delivered.
Rocking MK16
I free floated this Geiselle MK16 (USASOC adopted for URG-I program) 13.5 handguard in DDC with a Colt 14.5 SOCOM barrel on my Colt Sporter M4 Carbine. I purchased this handguard and barrel along with other items from Brownells which really helped to steer me in building an operator grade AR. This handguard is Top Shelf with quality machined fit and finish. Installation was good and tight. Function is strong yet light weight. Brownells is also top shelf! They had what I needed in stock. Ordering, confirmation and shipping processes were straightforward and prompt. Brownells is professional all the way! Thanks Brownells Ed
Good quality a little disappointed
Actually the handguard feels real good, but for the price i feel that adding the 7$ key is not asking too much, and if not at least mention it more boldly because i didnt see that comment and had to make one myself
I also read that in the past it was delivered with the gas block, and now it isn't, i am a big fan of geissle products but it feels like they have become a little cheap
