The M-LOK Hand Stop Kit serves as a light weight, low-profile M-LOK slot index point for improved weapon control, or as a forward stop to prevent the shooter’s hand from reaching the hot front sight assembly or muzzle. The kit includes one M-LOK Hand Stop, one M-LOK Index Panel, and one M-LOK Rail Cover Type 2 for the individual user to configure their kit as they desire. Also included in this kit is an M-LOK Hand Stop MOE Adapter for use with Magpul polymer M-LOK Hand Guards or Forends as well as other wider profile rails.

Works well, difficult on large OD hg

Installed on a few different guns, On larger Diameter Hand guard, such as AERO M5 hand guard, its a very difficult fit, but with some pressure and a mallet they will go on. Anything smaller and they snap right in.

Favorite M-Lok handstop out there

I liked it so much, I have them on 3 of my guns. I don't suggest using the optional base, just directly put the stops and rail cover directly on the handguard. However, I am glad it is available because one of my gun's gas block is too close to the handguard to mount any M-Lok accessories under it. The base was perfect to alleviate that problem. My only wish is if they sold the handstop and the finger stop as separate pieces instead of having to buy the whole kit. Of note, I did have to take the screws to a grinder and remove material to keep them from pressing against my barrel.
