AR-15 ELG LOWER PARTS KIT

AR-15 ELG LOWER PARTS KIT Reviews & Ratings

ELG stands for 'Enhanced Longitudinal Grind'.At the heart of this kit stands the longitudinally-ground trigger, which is ground in-line with the direction of pull along the long axis of the trigger, and then finish-polished. This grind and polish provide two significant advantages over standard mil-spec kits. First, a smoother pull with reduced grittiness and second, an enhanced basis for performing a trigger job.

Works Great
When it comes to L.P.K., I don't get stuck on the brand name, because they are all about the same quality and performance. I know the Colt owners like cage numbers and all the parts to be Colt brand, but that is what you are paying for, bragging rights, excusing the trigger. I would spend the money on the best one you can afford or want to spend.

Great Trigger with some very good parts!
Out of the 10 mil spec type triggers, this one is my best. Better than my enhanced NIB and enhanced NP3 triggers that cost as much or more than this entire kit. Parts worked perfectly with an Anderson lower and assembled every bit as easy as the Aero LPK/Aero lower receiver that I also assembled on the same day. If these kits go on sale again, I will be buying a few more of them.

Works beautifully in my lower
These fit really well in my Aero lower, and the trigger is a pleasant surprise, a cut above most mil-spec's I've used in the past.

great LPK
I had some lowers that had the trigger guard built-in and had a stash of grips already so this was the perfect kit! The trigger is always the biggest question mark in a LPK and both kits had great triggers. no finishing or polishing required.

You cannot Go Wrong. Great Trigger Kit
Always skeptical when trying something new...and low cost. I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was well package in separate plastic bags - no fancy box. All the parts were there. Fit and finish was excellent and no fitting was required. -one minor point, pivot pin was a little hard to function at first. No wiggle, no creep, no grittiness as some call it. While the trigger will feel a little heavier if you have some $$Big$$ triggers installed in other Rifles. I love it. Crisp snap on break and positive reset. Perfect. A well made Mil-Spec Trigger Group. Buy it.
