Rugged, flip-up sights provide failsafe backup when your primary optic or red dot sight fails. Sight body flips up easily when you need it and locks securely in place under powerful spring pressure and two locking detent balls, so it can’t be accidentally bumped down until you hit the spring-loaded button on the left side of the base to retract it. Base clamps securely to any military or commercial Picatinny rail using a standard flathead screwdriver. No protruding knobs or levers to catch on brush, clothing, or other equipment. Sturdy, protective “ears” shield posts and apertures from impact. HK-Style Rear - two same-plane apertures: large .190" aperture provides a wide field of view for close-in targets, while .070" aperture is calibrated for engaging long-range targets. HK-Style Front - distinctive “globe” shape that aids in fast target acquisition under stress. Also available with a self-illuminating Tritium dot on the post for precise shot placement in low-light conditions.

Excellent quality backup sights

I put these on a new upper and the HK front sight looks great. These are very high quality and I’m considering replacing all the plastic backups from another manufacturer with these. I almost wish I didn’t have a primary optic so that I’d use the Troy sights more often. They are well worth the money spent if you are doing a high end build.

Repeatable Accuracy

Have several sets of these Troy Industries Folding Sights. The quality manufacture ensures that they retain their zero after being stored in the folded position while using an optic sight, yet allow instant iron sight zero when the optic is removed and they are deployed, So far the springs have ensured they remain upright maintaining their zero, although only time will tell.

Excellent set of flip-up sights.

These sights are superior to the popular polymer sights. The build quality is excellent.

Great sight picture

All guns need iron sights in my opinion. I put the HK style set on my new DDM4. They were easy to install and zero. The greatest part though is the shape of the front sight blades. The round shape makes accurate shots easy by lining up the edge of the rear peep with the round blades on the front the front post is automatically centered. It is really easy to get accurate fast shots this way.

Solid.

Solid, work horse sights. Great build, very durable. Flip up mechanisms are smooth and tight. I use an MRO as primary and install these as back up. I shoot with them to keep my skills fresh if my MRO goes. Anticipating putting these on every future build I do. Recommended.
