Great item for the price point!
I am not sure why some people are rating this item poorly and saying it is backwards and such. I have been using this trigger guard in all my builds for the last couple of years or more without a hitch or complain with their fit into the lowers I've used, including Aero's forged and M4A1 lowers, among others. There are many "enhanced" trigger guards out there in the market and I've used different brands throughout my builds, but this is by far the best bang for your buck! Totally recommend these unless you're going brand-specific or what a very distinctive look to your build.

Very disappointing to me,
First of all, my title and rating seem incongruous, but they are in fact totally accurate to me. The Brownell's trigger guard is well made, easy to install, and nothing wrong with it other than it is not the look that I wanted, not at all. When I saw the Brownell's trigger guard at half the price of the Mag-Pul Enhanced aluminum TG, and seemingly shaped the same, I jumped on two of them. I Duracoated them in FDE and installed them on the lower. That's when I noticed the "belly" of the trigger guard is reverse that of the Mag-Pul. To me it looks backwards since all my other TGs are Mag-Pul with the "belly" in the center or or rear of center and below the trigger. The Brownell's has the "belly" forward of the trigger. It might actually work better with gloved hands than the Mag-Pul, but to me it looks bass-ackwards and unacceptable for my tastes. Since I Duracoated and installed them I am not going to embarrass myself asking for a return, but I will be ordering the Mag-Pul immediately. My fault totally, Brownell's clearly shows them with the belly to the front, but I did not pay close enough attention before ordering, but if you are looking for a cheaper priced Mag-Pul style trigger guard, this one is not it. Otherwise, it is an excellent trigger guard, hence the 5 star rating, but for me, I'm very disappointed.

Excellent Trigger Guard
At half the cost of Magpul, this billet aluminum trigger guard is a bargain. Installation is simple and the anodizing matches LMT lowers perfectly. Sure it doesnt score cool points like KAC, but it permits gloved operation, does not require fitting with mil-spec lowers, and isnt gaudy like other options. Highly recommended! Tip: Use coil pins and a starter punch to make trigger guard installations a breeze.

Perfect
Increased amount of room to better accommodate a gloved hand. Appears to be high quality construction. Fit perfect with no alteration required and looks good. No problems so far.

Good buy!
I had another AR trigger guard on backorder for sometime, so I decided to order one of these. I'm glad I did! More than enough room for a fingered glove, it looks good & it Installs easily and fit the Aero lower just fine. I ordered another for my other AR too. I've seen reviews where guys bemoan installing an AR trigger guard......Support the underside properly, use the correct roll pin punch and you won't have any cracked ears or other problems. Some common sense in installing many of the parts on a lower receiver goes a long way!

Wrong roll pin in all three packages
The trigger guard is nicely made. The only problem is that it is supposed to be packaged with the trigger guard, screw, and correct roll pin. It seems that are inserting a bolt catch pin instead of the correct trigger guard roll pin in the packaging. I had a spare correctly sized roll pin, so it was not that big of a deal. Installed easily and looks great. I bought three of these trigger guards and all three had the wrong roll pin.

Excellent! Except...
Let's get the "negative" out of the way first: The last two I received had roll pins that are incorrect. They literally dropped right though the hole. If you look at the second picture closely, you can see how small the pin is in relation to the stock trigger guard hole. No biggie for me, I just reused the stock pin. I don't recall this issue previously. Probably just an anomaly in logistics. Otherwise a definite 5 star. Disregard the whiners saying, "It doesn't LOOK right!", "It's not like my Magpul!". It's solid metal, the design is functional, it costs less than the name brand plastic, and the fit and astectics are on point. All of my builds except for the retros will get one. Pro tip: Support the rear mounting ear from underneath when driving the pin. ...unless you like destroying lowers.

Out of spec or just really tight?
Product looks good, but man that roll pin hole is so tight, I could not get the roll pin to go in. I pulled the trigger guard out and even without the lower receiver involved, the roll pin still would not go into the trigger guard. I applied a LOT of force and resorted to the c-clamp trick which ended up working but mangled the roll pin and now I have a sharp spot.

Doesnt fit LMT lower
Tried to install this on a stripped LMT MARS lower. Pin would not go in because fully because the ears on the lower were hitting the trigger guard. After filing the trigger guard I was able to make it fit but it looks terrible because the geometry is off. I guess you get what you pay for.
