Nice solid product
This is a really nice stock. It has the yellow tone foam inside. The trapdoor has a metal latch. The stock itself is a very dark gray. It's not quite the fuzzy gray as seen on USGI A2 stocks in the 2000s and not quite the shiny black the lower quality A2 replica stocks have. It's a good middle ground.

Identical to Colt!
I build a lower with this Brownells stock. Following that build I bought a factory new Colt AR15-A4 and the stocks are Identical is look, feel, color, everything. As far as I can tell its the same stock Colt is currently using and a better price! buy with confidence! this stock feels very solid.
BUYER BE AWARE: this does not include the spacer or screw needed to mount this to a rifle buffer tube, those parts must be purchased separately.

A2 Awesomeness
Brownells for the win again. This stock feels as sturdy as my M16 in basic, but in a rad FDE color. No more spray paint on my face, I will prodbably buy another fde one and a OD if they come back in stock.

I purchased the Brownell’s AR-15 A2 buttstock in FDE for a specific build. The color and quality of this stock did not disappoint. Waiting for this stock to be available in ODG for another retro build.
