Good choice
Needed some replacements for my old washers. Works fine.

The piece usually forgotten
Lots of folks change muzzle brake or flash suppressor of their ARs because they like the look and then discover a new crush washer wasn't included. They try to reuse the old crusher and find out it doesn't time correctly. Always good to have a new crusher washer on hand.

Great product
Mills back all the way if you were put it together next to a cult, you would not know the difference

Worked as designed
Ordered one of these to replace the included crush washer with a muzzle break I was installing that would not crush more than 45 degrees. This washer crushed easily to the almost full turn I needed to clock the muzzle device. No signs of cracking or issues.

Works fine if installed correctly.
The reason that the other people are having these crush washer's break is because they are not installing them correctly. I just Cerakoted all my brakes and re-installed them (4) with these washers and not one cracked. You need to turn the brake about 1/8 of a turn and then reverse it so that it is not tight at all. Do this several times until the brake is timed. If you just turn without reversing until timed any crush washer will crack.

It's a standard type mil spec crush washer for AR15/M16 type rifles. Installs easily and looks good. What else can you ask for?

Buy Extra - or a different brand
Thankfully bought two. First one split all the way through in one spot and cracked in another when indexing A2 flash hider. Contacted customer service whose only response was, wow you must be strong. Second one worked so Ill give it 2 stars.

Sub par
Two in a row split during installation. Brownells crush washers are the only ones Ive ever broken. Pick something better.
