Very well built

I purchased this thing years back and cant believe how well it's made. Solid piece of aluminum or sonething that, once youve adjusted the screw, clamps onto your side rail like it was welded on. Holds my scopes and red dots incredibly securely, and happy to pay more since it's made in the USA. The one drawback is that it sits so low over the dust cover that if you have an optic mounted on it you no longer can use the iron sights. If its mounted on the side rail without an optic on it, you can still use your iron sights. I'll keep my red dot and this mount on my Saiga but am thinking of buying a POSP scope to clamp onto the side rail of my WASR, because at least when that scope is mounted to your side rail, u can still use ur iron sights if you want to. This thing is great though.

Easy install, tight fit (once you adjust the nut as needed), retained accuracy well even after I removed rail off AK and remounted it. Will definitely buy again.
