A drop-in upgrade for AK-pattern pistol grips, the MOE AK+ Grip is designed to improve ergonomics and weapon control, and borrows the rubber overmolded surface of the popular MOE+ AR15/M4 grip to ensure a positive and comfortable hold on the weapon. Great product/ not compatible

Finally got around to installing this grip on my sam7 arsenal, only to realize the ambi safety selector of the rifle prevents traditional pistol grips. Had I noticed the original grip was notched, I wouldnt have bought it. Should have paid more attention to that. Trying to figure out where to go from here, with either replacing the selector or returning to the old grip. Still a quality product from magpul and really disappointed I cant use it.

Wrong screw

Ok, first off, this is not a slap at Brownells. They are a great Company to buy from. My problem was this grip was sent with wrong screw. If you have the new PSAK-47 gen3 this will not work. Might have been error at Magpul but make sure to look close at what you get. Trying to find correct screw and T nut that will make this grip fit.

Great product

The grip is the rubberized version of the regular MOE grip. It's not too rubbery as to make everything stick to it, but you get a firmer grip. The only issue I had was the install. I had to take a dremel wire wheel to the Loctite material Magpul put on the supplied screw and use my own. Other than that, no issues. Sits firm and uses a screw slot instead of hole, so it can be made fit perfect to almost any AK.
