Great Trigger and Easy Install
Great trigger and easy install. Put in my Russian Saiga AKM and trigger pull before was right at 5 lbs. This trigger came in at 2 lbs.
Easy install
Vast improvement over factory break and reset. Very little discernible wall. Mine breaks at around 2lb 11 oz. It’s light, but you can slightly shorten your main spring for more weight if you prefer.

Second best AK trigger out there and the best is another ALG
Great trigger if one is extremely safety conscious. If however a shooter is wise enough to keep his/her finger out of the trigger guard until ready to fire then step up and get the ALG-UL.....a trigger that exceeds ones ability to compliment.
The ALG like most if not all aftermarket triggers and including the old Tapco G2, are made of a steel alloy that is harder than the "dingus" at the end of the AK bolt carrier and unless one smoothes over the "humps" on the hammer they will cause some deformation of that "dingus" at the back end of the bolt carrier. DON'T remove any height of the hammer.......just polish off the two humps seen on the backside of the hammer.
As for install issues. Like with MANY parts on an AK some fitment might be required. The rivet issues on Arsenal rifles is easily cured by using a dremel or file and removing the part of the tail that may make contact with the rivet......it isnt rocket science but these are AWESOME triggers.

Wonderful Trigger Upgrade!!!
The AK triggers aren't the worst triggers on the planet they're also not the best. there's only a handful of upgraded triggers that I think it's worth spending the time or money installing or purchasing. This is definitely one of those few that is 100% worth it and I would highly recommend it.
Nice upgrade
Nice short pull and reset. Easy enough install. Added the pin for the safety. Probably not necessary but had a little gap. It was a bit gritty but a little polish on contact points and it is smooth.
Saved
Saved my AK from the scrap-heap. A short, smooth press and "Bang"..... without trigger slap. There is no "wall", you just press through the trigger's travel until it breaks...about 3-4 pounds. Easy press and quick reset takes some getting used to. Overall, very pleased. Now, if I can just find a bunch of ammo..........
Excellent AK Trigger
This was my first ALG trigger and I really did not expect much. But I was very impressed. It actually was smooth with no gritty fell and reduced the pull weight. At first I was intimidated with the roll pin that needs to be installed but once I understood its purpose and how it works. It was extremely easy and allows you to fit the trigger to your specific gun and safety. I was impressed with that also. Highly recommended
Excellent trigger at a value price.
This is a great trigger. The pull, with out the extra spring, had an average of 3.8# across 3 pulls. It has a crisp break. I would recommend this trigger to everyone wanting an upgrade for their rifle. The only con is having to fit the safety detent in the rear of the trigger. It must be cut or filed to fit. This is also a pro though because if you will have patience and take your time, the gap between the safety lever and trigger can be made very small. The result is the trigger has virtually no play in it when pulled with the safety on.
