Great for my 6.5 Creedmoor

A little Pricey but the quality is outstanding.

AISC SA Magazine

Using this magazine in a Howa 1500 .308 Win with PT&G bottom metal. It looks to be the same as the .308 Win version of the AISC SA magazine but without the COL restricter plate. Bullets in reloaded ammo can be set out a little further if need be, The magazine works great. Ammo feeds like greased lightning. The only issue I have is loading them, but that goes for all AISC mags, steel or polymer.

Works for 6.5 PRC

Was only able to fit 4 (tight) rounds of 6.5 PRC (2.960 COAL, factory hornaday ammo 143eldx). Measured the internal length and got ~2.982 on top and right at 3.000 on bottom.

Holds rounds at too low of an angle to feed, may need to play with bending the feed lips. Note this if for 6.5 PRC, not sure about how it handles creedmoor.

Solid AICS Compatible Option

Now have 50 rounds through this mag. Definitely like the long OAL capability. Feeding was reliable but not super smooth. Hoping this will improve with time. Slowly feeding round into action did not work as well as just going for it and firmly feeding the round. Only have used it with a Bighorn/Zermatt Origin so far. Feed lips a scratching the brass pretty good but the scratches seem to be superficial and will hopefully go away with more use as the feed lips break in.

Only fits 4 rounds of 6.5 Creedmoor

Magazine is well constructed, but all four of the ones I have can only hold four rounds of 6.5 Creedmoor each. No way five will fit.

Did not meet expectations

It appeared to be quality construction, but did not work in my Ruger American 6.5 Creedmoor with the Magpul Hunter stock; it fit in the gun but would not feed a round, and would not allow the bolt to retract fully (the bolt lugs stopped against the Creedmoor case shoulder). Feeding may have been corrected by bending the feed lips, but I did not attempt that on this magazine. For comparison, the similar MDT magazines worked perfectly with the same gun/ammo. Maximum OAL seemed to be around 2.960" rather than the 3.050" listed.
