Long-wearing, aluminum rod guide collar with threaded, brass adjustment pin gives quick adjustment to any action length. 10" Rod Guide provides hand clearance under the eyepiece with short and medium length scopes. Requires cleaning rod 10" longer than barrel length. 13" Rod Guide gives additional clearance with long varmint and target scopes. Requires cleaning rod 13" longer than barrel length.

SPECS: Aluminum rod and guide collar, brass adjustment pin. 10" (25cm) or 13" (33cm) long. Fits most centerfire bolt action rifles. Includes spare O-rings and O-ring assembly tool.

I'm happy

These are pretty important for precision shooting in bolt gun rifles. They keep solvent and yuck out of the action and away from the rifle bedding. Hoppes can melt the bedding compound on the stock causing the action and barrel to move when fired. Also Dewey is a great company and make the best cleaning rods in the world.

Works perfect with my Tikka T3x TAC A1 Rifle. Very easy to use. Keeps cleaning fluid from dripping into the action. Less mess. I highly recommend.

Good Tool

Fits snug enough to keep solvent out of the action. Comes with extra O rings if one wears out or breaks. I also use it for inserting bullets when measuring CBTOs.

Fits and works great. I use it with a Dewey Brass Rod and jags. Keeps the gunk out of the action while cleaning the bore.

Perfect for Rem700 SPS Tact

Fits and works flawlessly in a Remington short action in 308win. Used with a Dewey rod and brushes/jags. I used this combo over and over for cleaning a rifle during it's long break in. Very fast/easy install, aids bore cleaning greatly. It keeps everything else clean while you soak and scrub the bore with solvents/oils.
