I love Starline brass they do a good job and this is cheaper than buying large quantities at only 100 rounds per bag. I would highly recommend if you have an opportunity to buy these at this price you do.

Starline is the best for the price

I have been using Starline brass on my .308, 6.5 Creedmoor and 6.5 Grendel. Some batches have been fired 11 times with no failures. No sign of the primer problems described in lower rated reviews.

As expected

I have used this brass for precision loads. It is of high quality and consistent for reloading. Delivery was quick and arrived without problems. I would recommend this to anyone looking for quality brass at a reasonable price.

VERY consistent weights

The brass arrived in pristine condition, no nicks or dents on any of the cases. I weighed them and they were much more consistent than the new Hornady brass I bought last month. On the range, the never-shot but fully-resized brass made some outstanding groups; next trip will be with neck sized fireformed brass and I expect accuracy with this brass to be even better.

Starline brass

Excellent brass, consistent in weight. I have had low ES numbers and good accuracy. Most of my shooting is in competition. Several of my friends us this brass and report getting ten plus reloads. I would highly recommend this brass.

Decent brass good price

Brass is pretty good bought 100 and just ordered 500 more. Its not as consistent in weight as Lapua but it doesnt cost 1.00 apiece either.

Mediocre

Good: Uniform wall thickness 0.0005-0.001" Evenly cut case mouths Bad: Concentricity 0.002-0.008" Hopefully in a few years Starline can improve the concentricity issue.

Loose pockets after 1 firing

I wont be buying Starline Brass any longer. This is my first try at Starline 6.5 creedmoor Brass .during a ocw testing I blew 1 primer @ 42.8 of RL16 with no significant pressure signs . No flat primers / ejector swipe . I stopped at that instant. Went to try and reload again , 15 cases with loose pockets . Needless to say disappointed.

Bigger flash hole blows primers

The Hornady load book red lines RL 17 at 42 grain. I loaded 140 grain sst with 41 grain RL 17. I shot 4 rounds and blew 3 primers completely out. De-primed the case that held the primer and the primer pocket won't hold a primer. I have 200 308 starline unopened and they will be going back.
