Typical great Lee dies
I've been using Lee dies for many years. These, like all my others, give me excellent results, every time.

easy to use and adjust makes good ammo
I think what I like best is that with the carbide inserts you don't have to lube then clean cartridges again. This set includes dies for resizing, flaring the case mouth, inserting the bullet and crimping the bullet into the case. The resize die and the crimping die have carbide inserts. The crimping die can be used with the Lee bulge buster kit to eliminate case bulge near the bottom of the case. The bullet insert die can be adjusted to within +/- 0.003" with most bullets, With expensive bullets it can be adjusted to +/- 0.001" overall cartridge length. The threads are standard size for most reloading presses. I'd say all, but there may be one out there that is different. This set includes the correct shell holder and a powder measure scoop that may or may not be correct for the powder load you are using. Upgrades such as locking rings to "set and forget" are available. These allow you to set the die depth in the press then lock it in place so that next time you use the die it is already at the correct height. I started reloading in 2020 and have made a couple thousand handgun cartridges. My equipment has already paid for itself. I've got 3 Lee die sets, two sets of 4 die carbide insert pistol dies and one set of 4 die rifle die. I am very pleased with the results I have gotten from all of them. I also bought a set for my stepson who lives in another state.

my third Lee Carbide 4 Die Set
I'm using the Lee 4 die pistol sets in a single stage Lee Classic Cast Iron. This is my third time buying one. I now have 380, 9mm and 40 S&W. And I don't even own a 40 S&W pistol. But my son does and has been saving his brass. So I'll supervise and he can pull the lever and weigh up the powder and seat the lead. The carbide insert on the first and last die only does a nice job, no lube needed. And on the 380 and 40 S&W the final crimp die can also be used as a bulge buster with the Lee bulge busting kit. 9mm cannot do this because of the geometry of the case and the rim. I've found that these dies fit my press and have enough threads to hold them in place and still be able to use the lock ring. Some have complained about that, but at least with my setup it works. The instructions are clear and understandable. The appropriate shell holder is included with each die set and it comes with a small plastic volumetric powder scoop which may or not be appropriate for the powder bullet combination you have. I've found my overall cartridge length to be as consistent as the bullets I am using. Some of the more expensive FMJ bullets are staying within plus or minus two thousandths of an inch, while some of the cheaper plated or polymer coated the overall cartridge length may vary by plus or minus five thousands of an inch. I've gotten many hours of quiet time reloading with the carbide 4 die sets. I wouldn't trade them for a case of fresh ammo.
Good product
The die set is well made and packaged. I like that it comes complete with a shell holder, powder measure, and load recipes.
Rock Solid and Do the JOB
This is my 8th set of LEE Dies and they are still my first choice when buying Reloading dies for a new caliber, in this case 44 Magnum. They are Rugged, Easy to setup and they DO the JOB! From the Decapping/Resizing die to the Factory Crimp die they make each step simple and easy to use. I would Highly Recommend this set of Dies to anyone who is into reloading whether they are a beginner or old hat. Single stage or Turret Press, these dies are just what YOU need!
