Brass jacketed bullets?
All of the cartridges in the two boxes I bought had what appeared to be brass bullets. Both the bullets and the case are brass, not just the case. I don't know if they're solid brass or brass jacketed. I didn't attempt to to dissect the bullet to find out. They're clearly not copper jacketed bullets, like shown in the product pictures. They quickly fouled up the chamber of my AR-15 with tiny brass flecks which frequently prevented the bolt lugs from fully locking into the chamber.
