It not easy to install but it worked and fitted flush to mag well.. grips needs to be filed down a bit for a flush fit.. Use a caliper if you're OCD like me lol

Great magwell

I have installed these on several work pistols. Kimbers and Colts. All fit well and there are no problems. you can use magazines with no bumpers but you must ensure that the magazine seats but bumpers make that job easier. the ONLY problem I ever had on an install was on a new kimber. the bushings for the grip screws have changed on a kimber and there is less of a flat for the hooks to latch onto...but it can be done...just got to take an extra minute to be sure the hooks are on the flat and not the taper. not a problem on a Colt.

Wilson SS EZ-Loader

At first I wasn't sure if I would like it but once it was installed onto my Stainless SA GI 1911-A1, I love it! I polished it to match the gun and it looks great. Works great with my Wilson Combat mags! Makes mag changes smoother. A good value if you're on a tight mod budget and it's not ridiculously large like some other mag well products.

Perfect for you 1911 to get it a little help on the reloads. Fits well and stays solid, even in competition. Grips must be modified slightly to accept.
