Needs only a small amount of fitting and polishing.
The angle is already cut for use, but it's a good idea to polish the tip. It also needs to have the bevel on the nose cut. If you use the Harrison True Radius jig, the nose has plenty of length for that tool.

Nice upgrade
Purchased with the bullet proof hammer and other WC parts as an upgrade to a Taurus PT1911 commander. Perfect fit, machined well, required no minor fitting or smoothing.
Excellent Buy
Don't even think or compare it with other products, just buy this along with the Wilson Hammer. My trigger now breaks at 4 pounds from 7 pounds. Drop in fit for me.
Excellent Sear!
This sear dropped right into my SA GI 1911-A1 and I also installed the Ultralight Hammer and Competition Match Trigger. Trigger pull feels lighter, smoother, without creep, and has a very nice crisp break. I couldn't be happier!
awesome
dropped right into the remington r1. no issues gun shoots great.
Stone & Install
Stone this sear and install with wilson hammer and wolff spring for a great triger i Installed this in a PT 1911 and couldnt be happier
Excellent product
Purchased this sear for a para p14 project. This sear worked perfectly with the Wilson hammer purchased at the same time. No creep, clean break. It doesnt get any better.
Great quality at a great price!
Pair this up with a Wilson hammer, and you'l have one smooth shooting gun! Helps give your gun a crisp, clean trigger pull.
Machined poorly
Don't know if this one slipped by inspection or what, but it sure was machined poorly. I went to polish the sear nose with the EB sear jig and noticed the stone was only touching one corner of the sear.Checked with a machinist square and it was WAY off square with the sides. Used Dychem on the nose and hammer hooks and sure enough only one hook was slightly touched by sear. It took much stoning with a medium stone to square the nose off to make contact with both hooks. Don't know if it will work yet till I get to the range, but would sure expect closer tolerances from WC. Very unhappy.
