Drop in fit

Drop in fit replacement to standard blued mag release on a Taurus PT1911 45ACP. Cosmetic upgrade to match other SS upgrade parts.

Must Get!!

Awesome upgrade for my Springfield 1911A1 Loaded.. Now it's easy for tactical reload without the hand twist motion.. It will take a few reloads for it to slide smoothly.. **Not all mags slide the same** it will take a bit but eventually all mags will slide in & out smoothly..

Solid as anything Wilson combat is, take note that this does NOT come with the catch lock however.

Drop in fit

Drop in fit for my colt m45a1 with no fitting required, magazines drop free and are firmly locked in place great stuff. Took less than a min to install.

Best 1911 Mag Release

Absolutely perfect drop in fit for Colt Gov't model. All I had to do was install it and insert a few magazines to break in the sharp edges. Holds magazines high and tight...my previous Ed Brown extended mag release required so much fitting, and it never ended up working as well as this one... I'm a Wilson convert.

OK Product

Used in a "scratch build" in an (iffy?) Essex frame Government Model. Fit to frame was excellent with very nice machining. Had to remove material from inner left surface to facilitate true "drop free" of magazine; as it would penetrate into magazine well and drag magazine if pushed fully into frame.
