Some of the best magazines on the market. I use these for both of my Gold Cups.
Outstanding Magazine
I use these mags for target shooting and self defense. I have found them to be 100% reliable. I can always count on Brownells have the best selection and the best prices.
work for me
I have loads of Wilsons ETM version because they were cheaper than these. They however stick out quite a bit from a standard 1911. I bought these because of their slightly lower profile sticking out. As with the ETM's I can find no fault in how they function. Even in magazine picky 1911's they have functioned where others have not. Only magazines I would trust at this point other than Colt magazines out of the other brands I've used. Tripp, CMC, Kimber, Checkmate, ACT-MAG, Nighthawk. That's just my take but maybe you won't have the same results. .
Great quality product
Excellent product and service. Thank you.
Wilson Combat 8 rd 45 ACP
One of the best, IMO.
Wilson Combat Magazines
I wish I could give these magazines a 10 or higher. I have used these as a law enforcement officer since they first came out as Wilson-Rogers Magazines. Those first three I carried did double duty as work and competition magazines, (I was a department pistol team Master Level Shooter in years past... Sigh...), and had digested overt 90,000 rounds (yes, 90K) before they had new followers. Spring replacement was done every ten K, but frankly didn't need to be and I still have the springs. They're still better than most new springs and they're decades old! If you are a SERIOUS shooter, get these. Period.
Excellent quality
This product performed as advertised, it is well made and have excellent quality.
Shooting These for 25 yrs -They're Great
I bought my first Wilson Combat 47 series magazine in 1995. They've always worked in my various 1911 pistols. The only time one acts up is when I've shot the magazine so much the magazine spring gets weak. The easy answer to that is a Wilson Combat Magazine Kit (new spring and follower). The kit is relatively cheap and makes the magazine NEW again.
