Brownells Magazine Bundles
Ordered 3 packs for my (Tisas) 45 Tanker, and 9mm Tank Commander last week. They tested out fine today so I’m back for more. Out of the 9mm, oh well.
Good budget mags
The baseplates had some mold lines that were easily cleaned up. Otherwise functioned flawlessly.
Worked for me
Ran all 3 through a Springfield R.O. with no problems. Functioned fine and locked back on the last round as well as dropped free from the gun when released. Also tested fit in a couple of other 1911's and will test more later.
Not a bad deal.
I have 4 Springfields and 1 Girsan I recently picked up for cheap. These mags work in all 5 - 1911 pistols I have. I will say be sure to open them up and clean the oil out before use and I had to cut down the follower leg (about 1/16 in) on 2 of them or the 8th round was too hard to push in. They lock the slide back, feed well and they drop free and easy. At time present I have roughly 200 round thru them without issue. They're primarily used for target shooting and occasional hunting. For the price they're not a bad deal.
Great magazine
I own about a dozen of these 1911 magazines. Have about 5000 rounds through them out of 4 pistols the only issue so far is with the Federal aluminum cased ammunition. There were several failures to feed, no issues with brass cased rounds. Plan on adding more.
