The second generation Brownells 1911 magazines combine heavy duty construction with the reliability you've come to expect from a century old service weapon.

The body and follower are constructed from heat treated stainless steel, with witness holes for a fast round count. Xylan~ exterior coating provides corrosion protection, as well as a slick, friction reducing finish. The skirted anti-tilt follower is mated with an extra-power spring.

The removable polymer base pad allows easy disassembly, as well as drop protection when changing magazines on the fly.

Great choice for your 1911.
A reasonable price for a 3 pack of extra 1911 mags. Flawless function in both my old Kimber and my newer Springfield Mil Spec. I run them alongside my Chip Mc mags and can't tell the difference.

None Better
I've owned and used these magazines for a number of years. They've been stepped on, dropped in mud, sand, snow, slush and just about every concievable situtation you can think of and they flat out work. Never once have they failed to function as they should. They JUST DO WHAT THE ARE MADE TO DO and you just can't beat them for the price.
