Great mount
Didn't want to drill and tap an original 03-A3. This mount has stayed solid and in place through several range days. Im pretty impressed with the quality of the mount. Great product.

Good Product
This a very good option not to have to drill and tap the receiver. Mount is very solid and stayed tight. I used red locktite on all of the screws and don't expect them to loosen.
Easy Install
Nice alternative to having your receiver drilled and tapped. Installed this on my 03A3 in minutes. You do have to do a little fitting inside the stock for the front mount to clear when the stock is put back on. Biggest issue I had was to modify the upper hand guard so it would fit. Bought a repop hand guard and with a few minutes using a dremel tool, I was able to get it to fit just right. Seems very secure after assembly.

update on first review
I ended up reuseing the stock ring.With a little extra thought,I cut the upper portion of the stock about a quarter of an inch shorter,and used a dremmel tool to fit.Great tool!I bought Accushot Premium 1-inch Weaver Style See-Thru Medium Profile Rings.The bolt handle clears the scope by 3/16 inch.I installed a Tasco Varmint 2.5-10x 42mm True Mil-Dot Reticle,1/4 MOA Turrets Riflescope.Looks great.
Easy to install, secure
Easy to install on my Springfield M1903-A3. Had to use a dremmel on my stock to make the ring around the barrel for the front mount to fit. It was a synthetic stock so it only took 30 minutes to make it a nice fit. Fits very tight and secure.
Nice product
This no gunsmithing mount works as advertised but you may have to do minor trimming of the handguard as it will be too long "IF" you use the handguard retaining ring. Stock will also have to be notched slightly if you use the handguard retaining ring as the mount slightly pushes it forward. I bought an extra handguard and saved my original. You can find them cheap online.
every install is different
had to cut top foreend piece shorter,then fiqure a way to secure it to stock from moving side to side.
