Acraglas Gel Review
I have now been using Acraglas Gel to bed rifles and repair rifle stocks (and multiple other items), for decades now. There is a reason for this, it is a Great Product.

Worked as advertised
I used this product to bed a Savage A17 with a Boyd wood laminate stock. It worked great. The kit comes with everything you need, except a good degreaser, masking tape, and a Dremel tool. I tried to do a Ruger 10-22 with a hogue overmold stock. When breaking the action from the stock, the area I bedded around the lug broke apart. The tang area was fine. I redid the lug area after removing more stock material from the area. Hopefully a little thicker glass will do the trick. This may have been my fault for going too thin on the glass.
Good Stuff
I used this for bedding a Remington 700 stock into a laminate stock from Richards Microfit, and waas pleased with the result. Installation was easy and the results have been satisfactory.
Just a heads up for fellow Canadians.
Tried to order this the other day and it wouldn't ship to me here in Ontario as it is flammable. Brownells does offer a non-flammable version(presumably for that exact reason) for the same price so make sure you go for that one. Thanks Brownells, so far nothing but good products and good service.
Use this for stock repairs and bedding
This stuff works great. Can be a little messy.
Acraglas Gel in the Bathroom
I just used your great Acraglas Gel to set a toilet in my bathroom. The tile floor is a little uneven and, if it's set directly on the floor, the throne will rock slightly, not conducive to a lasting seal with the wax ring. I mixed the gel, then shimmed the low spot on the floor, spread the gel and covered it with wax paper (I didn't want the base permanently attached). The base left a perfect impression and after the Acraglas cured, it was easy to install the wax ring and tighten the bolts so the toilet is secure. Worked great!

I loved gel concept, but after the first use the gel dries out and will not mix with the hardner!
Garbage Wont get hard! Brand new kit
I used it for betting the barrel in my 375 H&H and it wont harden up! Turns out the stuff sugars up and wont mix properly. Many times it comes this way from the factory Im told. Ill never buy this garbage again! Since I bought it at a store Brownells wont even replace it! So on top of having to buy a new product I dont get a refund for the old product, and I have to do all the work again! I dont recommend this for anybody, for anything!
Garbage! New kit wont harden!
Are use this to bed a magnum and it wont get hard. I can run my thumbnail into the stuff. This stuff sugars and will not mix properly even brand new from the factory. Because I bought from a store this out fit will not return or refund. So now I have to cut all the JUNK out, buy more Product from them, and do it all again! This stuff is worthless! Ill never use it again!
