CCI dependable?

Had a CCI small pistol primer fail to fire after 2 strikes. Examined after disassembling cartridge and primer was clean and bright yellow in primer pocket as it had just come out of the box. Notified CCI and they acted like they could care less. Big deal! One in a million! No interest in inspecting the failed primer after I offered to send it to them for examination. So; Okay for target practice and an occasional “failure drill”.
