DURACOAT PAINTS Reviews & Ratings

Provides a protective paint that won’t chip, crack, or flake; works great on any material. Hardener and paint form a chemical bond for durability and elasticity. Airbrush application gives a smooth finish. Dries in 10 minutes and fully cures overnight; speed cure in the oven at 110° F for 1 hour. The HARDENER is included with each color. The 4 oz. finishes 1-4 firearms; and the 8 oz. finishes 4-8 firearms depending on application and size of firearms.

ssPink Lady Duracoat
I finished one rifle with this product. Instructions were easy to understand and follow. Finish was as advertised, tough, durable and looked very good. My only issue was that I think it should come in two ounce bottles as I still have 90% of the bottle left and I'll never use this color up.

duracoat
i like the color and the finish of the mat black duracoat butt, it is not as durrable as gun kote or the teflon moly,i dont know if because the gun kote products are baked on, but the only time i use duracoat because of customer request, but normly i convince to go with gun kote much stronger and dont show any scuff of safe marks, gun kote is like water on a ducks back, no marks or scuff marks
