When you need a good quality ring that that won't break the bank that is solid, reliable and looks good at the same time.
well worth the money
Rock solid.I use these on my .270 and have had absolutely no problems. They are 100% steel and lock your scope in tight. use with a bit of blue locktight for an unpresidented hold. Better quality than any ring I have ever seen or used.
OK, but the rail mount is unusual
Bought these to mount a 30mm Matchdot on a Ruger MKIII. The ID of the ring seems well suited to the aluminum sight tube. The ring mount is somewhat unusual... it's one piece. The clamping side actually flexes as the crossbolt screw is tightened. There is a slot cut in the "moving" part that permits it wo flex or bend as it clamps. This worries me that it might be a weak point.
