GEISSELE AUTOMATICS LLC - Super Sabra Lightning Bow Trigger for IWI Tavor SAR & X95

I installed this, along with the Geissele Super Sabra 2-Stage Trigger Pack, in my IMI Tavor SAR. It has a much better feel compared to the stamped sheet metal stock 2-piece trigger bow. Excellent trigger. Warning, replacing the trigger bow requires complete disassembly of the rifle, gunsmith installation recommended. I did not try the Super Sabra 2-stage Trigger Pack with the stock trigger bow, although that could be done.

Alright folks settle in. I'm a retired FF, broken my hands, wrists and multiple fingers multiple times. I have had my X95 for about a year, love shooting it, above average accuracy with it. My booger picker just hurts after a while shooting this weapon. Bought the trigger but was hesitant to install after reading a bunch of comments. Finally settled down, found a good YouTube video and proceeded. Take your time, follow the instructions and STOP if you feel like you're doing something wrong cause you probably are. 40 minutes later my Israeli thunder boom is reassembled. Instant payoff, phenomena pull, very little slack which is how I wanted it. I'm sure the $350 trigger pack is an awesome upgrade but this $99 trigger and some time have made all the difference in this rifle. Highly recommend.

Made a significant difference in overall trigger control on my Tavor SAR. By itself, the lightening bow trigger makes the trigger-pull feel more like a standard millspec AR-15 which was good enough for how intend to use it. Installation is not what I would consider simple and will take dissembling more than half the rifle and the use of a proprietary, but inexpensive barrel wrench so bear that in mind. Took me about an hour or so with help from YouTube.

Installed this trigger bow on my x95 and it makes a huge difference. Easy enough to install and there is a set screw that takes out the slack of the original trigger. New trigger now has no slack and I don't feel the trigger pack is a must. I might still get it cause I'm a trigger who*e. I can say though without a doubt that the trigger bow makes that much of a difference.

First the X-95 factory trigger is not bad compared to the gen 1 trigger. However it's still a military trigger ment to go through hell and back without failing, but if you are not going into battle with this rifle the trigger has room for improvment and this Super Sabra Lightning Bow is defenetly a BIG improvment takes alot of mush out of the pull and about a pound so you go from a mushy 6.5lb pull to a crisp 5.5 pull with just the trigger bow, now add a trigger pack timney or geissele and you really have a nice 3.5lb and crisp trigger. It's not hard to install if you have the right tools(IMI barrel lock wrench) and a small punch, allen wrenches and a phillips screwdriver. Read all the instructions and watch it on you tube a few times and you should not have any prolbems. PS. a trick i figured out wile disasembeling take a qtip cut about 3/4in. out of the middle make a u out of it and use it the hold the locking tab up wile you rotate the barrel lock on the opposite side of where the barrel wrench goes, it worked good for me.
