Great Stock
I've always liked the feel of Hogue stocks and this one feels great on my 584 series mini 14. The fit is perfect and accuracy has improved at 100 yards. The metal liner Does Not come with this stock.

I would recommend this prodcut
Easy to fit, my 183 series went straight in. Comfortable to use, IMPROOVED accuracy at 100 metres, went from 5 inch groupings to 3 inch groupings immediatly
It feels like a new gun!
Installed this on my 1994 Mini 14. The most comfortable stock ever. The stock works excellent with the iron sights, and I foresee no problem using a scope with this stock. Extended length of pull and Hogue's ergonomic design means the stock just fits the shooter so much better. It doesn't feel like you're shooting the same gun
