Easy-to-install replacement sights equipped with Meprolight’s standard, tritium insert with visibility is guaranteed for five years. All sights fit in the factory sight bodies. No alteration to the rifle. AR-15 rear sights feature a 2-dot peep with tritium inserts, plus normal peep sight. SPECS: Steel sight body, blued. Tritium insert. Includes front

Exactly what I was looking for.
For what might be unorthodox for some, I installed these sights on a detachable AR mil-spec carry handle/rear sight and a folding front sight on the 1913 rail on a IWI TS12 shotgun. I wanted self illuminated, non battery dependent sights that would be quick to pick up at night for home defense but would also be effective as 50 to 100 yard sights during daylight for 12 gauge slugs. I have used them in various ARs for many years and they never failed. They installed without any issues. Be sure to fully read the installation instructions. They adjust a little differently than the standard sights.

Just bright enough to see
Just bright enough to see at night , but not too bright . Just what I wanted . I only bought the front post to use on my Sub 2000 . Had to modify the factory pin to work . I like it .
